1. The Contractor shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Engineer, afford all reasonable opportunities for carrying out their work to any other contractors employed by the Employer and their workmen and to the workmen of the Employer and of any other duly constituted authorities who may be employed in the execution on or near the Site of any work not included in the Contract or of any contract which the Employer may enter into in connection with or ancillary(辅助的) to the work.
1、承包人按工程师的要求，为下列人员提供合理的机会开展工作:
a) 由业主雇用的承包人及其工人
b) 业主雇用的工人
c) 其他在工程现场，但却未包括在合同中的工程或业主签订的其他与合同工程有关的辅助合
同项目的可雇用的法人单位
2. If, however, the Contractor shall, on the written request of the Engineer or the Engineer’s Representative, make available to any such other contractor, or to the Employer or any such authority, any roads or ways for the maintenance of which the Contractor is responsible, or permit the use by any such of the Contractor’s scaffolding or other plant on the Site, or provide any other service of whatsoever nature for any such, the Employer shall pay to the Contractor in respect of such use or service such sum or sums as shall, in the opinion of the Engineer, be reasonable.
2、如果承包人应工程师或其代表的要求，为其他承包人业主或其他机构使用他负责维护的路段提供便利，或使用他施工现场的脚手架等其他设备，或提供类似的服务，则业主应向承包人支付工程师认为合理的费用。

3. Within twelve years after signing the Contract the Buyer shall not disclose in whole, or in part, the know-how Technical Documentation and other information of the Process obtained under the Contract. However, the Buyer shall have the right to disclose such information to those who will work for or have connections with the Contract Plant. The secrecy does not apply to those parts of the know-how Technical Documentation or other information of the Process which have been made public.
3、在合同签字后12年内，买方不得全部或部分地披露按本合同所获得的专有技术，技术资料和其它情况。但买方有权将上述内容提供给为本合同工厂工作或与本合同工厂有关的人员。对专有技术、技术资料和其它情报已经公开的部分买方不再承担保密义务。
4. In case the Seller is responsible to remove the defects the Buyer shall supply to the Seller on his request necessary personnel, erection tools, cranes, etc. for performing the removal of the defects. The cost thus incurred shall be borne by the Seller. The removal of defects shall be performed as quickly as possible and the Seller shall do his best not to affect the progress of the construction of the Contract Plant.
4、若由卖方负责消除缺陷，买方应按卖方要求，向卖方提供必需的人员、安装工具和吊车等。由此而产生的费用由卖方负担。消除缺陷应尽快进行，卖方应尽最大努力使合同工厂的建设进度不受其影响。
5. During the erection the Seller’s technical personnel shall take part in the inspection and test of erection quality of all the equipment. Each party shall authorize one representative to deal with all technical matters in connection with the Contract Plant during the period from erection up to the acceptance of the Contract Plant. Should any difference arise between the representatives of both parties, it shall be settled through friendly negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, it shall be reported to the higher authorities of both parties for settlement.
5、安装期间，卖方技术人员须参加全部设备安装质量的检查和测试。双方各自授权一名代表，处理合同工厂从安装到验收期间有关合同工厂的全部技术工作。双方代表如有分歧意见应友好协商解决。当不能解决时，可报请双方的上级处理。
