城乡结合部土地利用研究

摘要：城乡结合部是城市——乡村地域体系基础上衍生的一种新型过渡性区域，是城市快速扩张的重点区域，也是目前全球范围内土地利用问题最多、矛盾最尖锐的地区。随着经济的发展,城市的扩张,我国的城乡结合部也出现了严峻的问题。为此,需要对城乡结合部土地管理进行宏观调控,促进其合理、有序的利用,因此有必要对城乡结合部的土地利用进行分析。

本文旨在通过对城乡结合部的土地利用问题进行研究,首先划分出了城乡结合部的具体范围,其次是分析影响因素;最后结合城乡结合部土地利用的特点,对其土地利用存在问题作了阐述和分析，并且在上述分析的基础上进出了初步的政策建议。

Issues On The Land Use In Urban-Rural-Integration-Area

Abstract: The Urban-Rural-Integration-Area(URIA)is a kind of new-type transitional areaderived on the basis of a urban-rural system, it is an spreading fast area of the city's development. At present there are most many issues of land use and sharpest contradictions on the global range, too. With the development of economy in the urbanization and industrialized process. The severe problem has also appeared in the URIA of our country. For this reason, we need carry on macro adjustments and controls to the land management of URIA in order to promote its rational, orderly use. So it is necessary to utilize theory analysis to the land in URIA. This text aims at carrying on research to the land use through, utilizing the URIA problem.

At first, divide out the concrete ranges line of the URIA, Secondly analysed its influence factor; finally combining the characteristic of utilizing the URIA, make explaining and analysis to the existing land use problem, so put forward the preliminary policy recommendations on the foundation of above-mentioned analysis.
