大学生体育学习兴趣评价量表的编制

摘要：本文根据大学生群体参与体育活动现状，针对该群体在体育学习中出现的问题，编制了《大学生体育学习兴趣评价量表》并对该量表进行了信度和效度检验。量表分别从研究对象的积极性、消极性、体育关注度、技能学习以及业余爱好五个维度对学生的进行研究。研究结果表明《大学生体育学习兴趣评价量表》具有非常好的信效度。

Abstract: This article according to the University students community to participate in the

sports present situation, in view of this community the question which appears in the sports study, has established " University student sports Sports study Interest Scale " and has carried on the letter to this meter and the validity examination. The meter separately from enthusiastic, the negative, the skill study, the hobby and the sports attention five dimensions has carried on the survey to student's sports interest. Finally shows the Ming dynasty printed books meter to have the good organization validity as well as the internal letter and the exterior letter.

1 前言

心理学理论认为,兴趣是人们积极认识某种事物或优先从事某种活动的心理倾向,是主体在认识或实践过程中产生的一种积极向上的情绪,从而导致主体将其注意力经常集中或趋于某事物、积极从事该项活动的心理动力调节系统[1]。运动心理学认为，大学生的体育学习兴趣是积极认识和优先从事体育活动的心理倾向,是影响其体育学习的自觉性、主动性以及持久性的主要心理动因[2]。心理需要是体育学习兴趣的基础,学生对运动参与的需要会直接影响学生参与体育运动的心理动因以及参与兴趣。本研究以大学生体育活动参与兴趣进行为研究对象，通过对大学生体育运动的参与兴趣进行深入研究,开发出一套对大学生人群具有较强针对性的体育学习兴趣测量工具。同时，希望通过本研究为今后的相关领域的研究提供行之有效的研究资料，进而为增强我国大学生体育活动的参与兴趣做出贡献。
