护士工作压力原因分析及应对措施的探讨

【内容摘要】

目的:本文通过对护士工作压力原因的分析及应对措施的探讨,能更好的推动护理

工作的开展。

方法:本文结合护士工作实际并参考有关文献,通过对护士工作压力原因的分析探

讨,进而提出应对措施。

结果:护士压力大,技术操作多,工作不规律是护理工作的一大体特点。

结论:护理人员工作压力明显高于一般职业,护理人员心理水平远远低于普通女性

常模,这种过度的工作压力不仅影响护士的身心健康而且影响护理工作的质量,值得引

起重视。

【Abstract】

Objective:Based on the analysis of the reasons of nurses' job stress and

coping measures, we can better promote the nursing work。

Method:In this paper, combined with the actual work of nurses and related

references, based on the analysis of the causes of work pressure of nurses, and puts forward the corresponding measures。

Result:Pressure in nurses, technical operations, no regular working is a

general characteristic of nursing work。

Conclusion:The nursing staff working pressure was higher than that of the

general occupation, the nursing staff's psychological level is far below the ordinary female norm.This kind of excessive work pressure not only affect the physical and mental health of nurses ,but the influence of the quality of nursing, we should pay more attention to。

随着医学模式的转变及我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,护理工作日益

显示出其地位和作用的重要。现代护理工作集科学性、技术性、服务性、风险性于一体。责任重、压力大、技术操作多、工作不规律是护理工作的一大特点。据报道,护理人员工作压力明显高于一般职业,护理人员心理

健康水平远远低于普通女性常模。这种过度的工作压力不仅影响护士的身心健康,而且影响护理工作质量,值得引起重视。本文结合护士工作实际并参考有关文献,通过对护士工作压力原因分析探讨,进而提出应对措施。

一、护士工作压力原因分析的意义

在科学技术飞速发展的今天,每个行业都在寻找新的机遇,面对新的

目的:探讨实施护理干预对母婴分离产妇的心理状况的影响。 方法:将120名产妇随机分到实验组和对照组,入组后首先状态-特质焦虑量表(STA-I)和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对两组患者进行评估,然后对照组接受医院常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上由研究者本人给予护理干预。两周后再次用状态-特质焦虑量表(STA-I)对患者进行评估。比较两组的心理状况是否存在差异。 结果:母婴分离的焦虑抑郁水平明显高于一般人群。干预前两组患者的心理状况无明显差异。试验干预后实干预组的心理状况较试验前明显好转,干预组的心理状况明显好于对照组。

结论:护理干预能明显改善产妇的心理状况,有效减轻产妇心理的应激反应。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the influence of nursing intervention to pregnancy mothers’ psychological state after being separated from their newborns.

Methods: 120 pregnancy mothers were divided into two groups with 60 in intervention group and 60 in control group randomly. The pregnancy mothers’ psychological state of the two groups were evalued with the method of STA-I scale and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS). Then the control group was only given routine nursing care, while the intervention group, nursing intervention was provided by the researcher besides the routine nursing care, After two weeks, the two groups were evalued again with the method of SAS、SDS and EPDS. Analysed the date of the two groups and found whether there was statistics differences.

Result:The psychological state of pregnancy mothers after being separated from their newborns: the S-AI score and postpartum depression incidence was significantly higher than the normal standard. The two groups have no significant differences before intervention performed, After intervention being performed, the S-AI score and postpartum depression
