申请开立信用证
申请开立信用证 凡以信用证为支付方式的，须申请开立信 用证。申请开证，最少需向银行提供合同、进 口付汇核销单和购汇用汇申请书等三份文件。 1.申请开证，须注意： 1)开证时间。 2)进口批准手续及外汇来源 3)注意信用证条款与买卖合同的一致性。 3)各类单据条款要明确。 4)合理利用特别条款。
2、申请开立信用证的程序 1)递交有关合同的副本及附件 进口商在向银行申请开立信用证时，应向 银行递交有关的进口合同副本及附件，如 进口许可证、进口配额证(进口许可证及 配额商品时)、某些部门的批文等。
2)填写信用证开证申请书 一般一式三份。一份留业务部门，一份留财会 部门，一份交银行，作为其开立信用证的依据。 进口商填写开证申请书时，必须按合同条款规 定，写明对信用证的各项要求，内容须明确、 完整，无词意不清的记载。 开证申请书，是进口商申请开立信用证过程中 最重要的工作。它是开证银行对外开立信用证 的基础和依据。
3)交纳押金和开证手续费 按国际惯例，进口人向银行申请开立信用证，应向银 行交付一定比例的押金或其他担保金。押金一般为信 用证金额的百分之几到百分之几十，根据进口人的资 信情况而定。 我国开证行根据不同企业和交易情况，要求开证申请 人缴付一定比例的人民币保证金，然后开证。 此外，银行为进口商开证时，开证申请人(进口商) 还必须按规定支付一定金额的开证手续费。

13)单据条款 (accompanied by …)
单据条款(accompanied by …)。根据需要选择 A1至A12中需随汇票提供的单据，在单据名 称选项前划“X”,并在其后空白栏中填写所 需单据份数、选择或填写所需单据出单单位 及或所出单据内容。如：[X ] Signed commercial invoice in 3 copies indicating Contract No. 12345 。如需提供上述单据以 外的单据，可选[X ]Other documents 选项， 并在该选项空白处填写所需的其他单据名称、 份数以及其他要求。
14)货物条款(Evidencing shipment of…)按合同填写货物名称、规格，同时按提示分别填 写货物的包装、价格、运输标志等。尤其是单 价条款、数量条款不得有误。 15)附加条款(Special instructions) 需要时，按印好的选项提示选填 16)其他 ：开户银行及账号
(Account No…with…)。按实际填写。
