Abstract:Thewholeworldeconomicintegrationtidemakesthevariouscountriesthemultinationalcorporationtostartthedevelopmentvisiontoconcentrateonourcountry,themoreandmoreforeignmiddleandsmallscaleintegratedenterprisesinvestinourcountrymarket.Thiskindofunioninvestmentformismoreandmorecommon,theyareallof3to4differentproducts,buthavemutualrelationin,inordertoreducethein2vestmentsriskabroad,andinvestinourcountrytogether.Becausethiskindofunionenterpriseisthetransna2tionalmanagement,theinvestmentfromtheoriginalsoleproducttransformsintoexistingcolleague’sindustryofmanyproducts,manycompaniesinvesttogether,havingavarietyofproducts,numerousanddiversespeci2fications,themanagementalsohasthedifferencethus,requiringjointmanagemententerprisestohavetheu2nificationmanagementsystemandtheoperationflow,theunificationqualitycontrolsystem.Thereforeastan2dardisneededfortheworkflowandthethingflowsfacility,toreducethecost,decreasethethingflowstime,achievezerostockoftheproduction.

0　前言

随着信息技术和电子商务、电子数据和供应链的快速发展,国际物流业已经进入快速发展阶段。而物流系统的标准化和规范化,已经成为先进国家提高物流运作效率和效益,提高竞争力的必备手段。在国际集装箱和EDI技术发展的基础上,各国开始进一步在物流的交易条件、技术装备规格,特别是单证、法律环境和管理手段等方面推行国际的统一标准,使国内物流与国际物流融为一体。

我国的物流标准化建设较美国、日本以及欧洲一些发达国家滞后,物流行业的标准化推行受阻,各行业守着自己的物流标准,各行其道,导致物流成本过高,效率低下。由于我国的物流作业和设备没有形成与国际统一的物流标准,致使联营企业的发展受阻。随着经济全球化的日益发展,国际化大生产、大流通、大贸易和大循环的经济格局逐步形成,与世界经济接轨、与国际惯例同步是不可逆转的大趋势。为此,物流的标准化无疑需要与国际接轨,不能违背国际统一标准,自行其是。比如,以托
